"Ajax Error!!! parsererror", when previewing a slide in Revolution Slider

Hello,
We're having an issue with the Revolution Slider bundled in the Betheme. The error is happening on https://jydsk-planteservice.dk.

When we click on Preview in Revolution slider, the error "Ajax Error!!! parsererror" pop up in the top right corner. The preview box then stays blank.

Installed Version of Revolution Slider: 6.0.7

Memory limit is set to 256 M
All plugins and themes updated to the latest version

Already tried deactivating the Wordfence plugin and page animations in Betheme, but this didn't fix the issue.

Hello,

Is your website hosted on "Siteground"?

If so, you should contact the hosting provider because this problem is clearly related to theeir settings.

The site is not hosted on Siteground, and no console errors are present when loading the dashboard or when clicking Preview.

So, I've disabled all of the plugins (without the RevSlider) and it works fine.

It must be the problem because of your third-party plugins.

Please disable one by one, and find the one, which is making that problem.

Hi Pablo,
Thank you for this. It turned out to be the plugin "Cache External Scripts" that was conflicting with Revolution Slider.
