Height of Header on Page

I am trying to change the height of the header atop my sub-pages. Here is an example: [Links visible only for registered users]. I cannot find this in the theme settings or in your documentation...

So how do I make that header larger? My image dimensions are 1920 wide (as recommended) by 714 high.
