I have a problem,

my page works fine, on desktop, on phones with android, but it doesn't work well with iphone phones,

the page loads and then the following message appears,

clear cache, clear history, (factory mode) and error persists,

installing the wptouch plugin, but there is a compatibility error

“The Visual Composer plugin is not compatible with WPtouch. Some features may not function properly. Check out this support article for more information.”.

could you please guide me on what the error is and how to solve

Hello,

Does it work fine when all of your plugins are disabled?

Also, we do not support the "WpTouch" plugin, so if it's the source of a problem, we will not be able to help you at all.

Sorry, but we did not test this script/plugin with the theme. Our policy
states that we do not support third party plugins or custom code so
unfortunately, we cannot be of any help to you.
Also, we cannot recommend any plugins other than the ones we support.

ok I understand that that plugin is not compatible,

but that plugin is no longer installed,

and I'm still having problems with the responsive on iphone.

We support only vanilla version of the WPBakery plugin.

Every extension plugin of WPBakery is not supported by us, so if this plugin works fine with these plugins disabled, you should turn them off.

Can you explain to me about the extensions are not supported?
