Be Themes Causes Text to be Deleted and Revert to Latin

Your program caused text to be deleted on our site and replaced with the Latin place holder.  This caused us to have to spend a lot of time redoing all the text. This cost us TIME, MONEY AND SALES.  As I pointed out before, it's done it on YOUR OWN SITE.  SO WHY DON'T YOU FIX IT?

  • Hello,
BeTheme does not remove anything by itself - the problem of deleting content is always the problem of hosting provider.

So, please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
    1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22
    2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2
    3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.

    Thanks
  • Is is also my host that reverted BE THEMES SITE to Latin?  See YOUR site in Latin:  https://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/

Sorry, no there's no way to attach screen shot here.
  • You mean these texts?

It's just a Lorem Ipsum, which is used to fill the content of page when you don't know what to type and you don't want to leave empty field.

    Thanks
  • It's LATIN.  I know what it's for.  I'm telling you that your horrendous BeThemes program DELETES TEXT THAT WAS PUT INTO THE WEBSITE AND REVERTS IT TO THE LATIN PLACE HOLDER, DO YOU UNDERSTAND?  It's ON YOUR OWN BE THEMES SITE.  YOUR PROGRAM HAS REVERTED THE TEXT THAT WAS PUT IN TO LATIN.  ON YOUR OWN SITE.  YOUR OWN BE THEMES SITE IS IN LATIN.  DO YOU THINK PEOPLE SPEAK LATIN?

I'm telling you that your horrendous program REVERTED THE TEXT WE HAD PUT IN OUR SITE to LATIN just like it did on your OWN SITE.
  • BeTheme does not delete anything by itself and does not fill the 'lorem ipsum' text  - it would not have any sense.
The problem can be only related with the server configuration, so please, follow what I asked you about on my first post.

If you cannot post a screenshot here, please upload it on https://prnt.sc or https://pasteboard.co and post a link to that image in your next reply.
    Thanks
  • This is from your BETHEMES own site.

So maybe BeThemes needs to investigate its server.
  • I told you about that two answers ago.

It's a placeholder which is used to fill places where text should be.
We do not write all of the texts for the pre-built websites or examples of using the item.
It's a Lorem Ipsum, check it here:

As the description of that placeholder says:
"Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and
typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy
    text ever since the 1500s"
It's used by thousands of developers, ui creators, graphics and much more.

Of course, you can remove it and modify on your server - but after installing the pre-built website, almost all of the texts will be using the Lorem Ipsum placeholder.

    Greetings
  • Greetings, you talk to me like I’m stupid.  I know what the Latin placeholder is.  You’re the one who had to look it up and still don’t know what Latin is.

Like I said, BeThemes REMOVED our text from our established website and reverted it to Latin.  It cost us a lot of time and money to redo all the text.  Our server was the same as it always was when it happened.  There is nothing wrong with our server but plenty wrong with BeThemes.
  • BeTheme does not remove anything, and does not fill anything by itself.
