Two Parent Pages?

Hi, for some reason I have two parent pages on some of my drop down pages? I want to get rid of the 'Expedition' parent. I am using WPBakery Builder not code. The Page attributes down the right hand side are correct i.e.they say 'summer climbing'.......

Can you test if it happen while all of the plugins are disabled?

It looks like the conflict of some plugins.

If I disable all the plugins surely the site will not work properly and then when I reactivate them the site will need a huge overhall to make sure everything is working properly?

Sorry I am not happy sharing login details. I can screen share with you or you can call and I can tell you the login credentials but I can not share the detaisl over a contact form.

Can you please tell me what you need to check using admin rights what editor does not allow? I will give you rights to that.

We cannot do a lot of things, for example:

1) We cannot take a look at the menu structure

2) We cannot check, which plugins you are using

3) We cannot get a look at the BeTheme Theme Options

I could give you a lot more examples.

Do not be worry about your website, we are here to help you, not to destroy your website.

Please do not deactivate any plugins as this has been a major problem previously costing me allot of work. There is also a plugin called Mega Addons For Visual Composer please do not update this plugin.

WHY HAVE YOU DEACTIVATED ALL OF MY PUGINS!!??

I had to disable them, you have a lot of plugins which could be source of that problem, for example "Really Simple SSL" and "Really Simple SSL pro" which could destroy your permalinks structure

We cloned that page and attached on menu - it works fine now.

But, we think, that the main source of problem is related to the hosting provider, can you ask him about some cache on the server? We think, that server is holding old informations and it's not refreshing it.
