Pre-Built Site configuration issue vs

Two issues I'm having:

1. BeTheme / Theme Options / Footer - LAYOUT / Style
* I changed it from Sliding (under content) to HIDE Footer
* When I changed it back the to Sliding (under content) it has stayed hidden or non-existent
* Does doing anything with the Footer inside of Muffin Builder damage the PreBuilt Site? Can this be easily fixed?

2. For PreBuilt Themes, it appears that colours cannot easily be changed, see the screenshot of the website of where I'm at with the BUSINESS 2 pre-built theme:
* The greenish colour of the menu text is what I want to change among other things but there doesn't seem to be a place inside of Pages, Appearance or BeTheme menus
* Are things like this only alterable in the Appearance / Theme Editor section by finding it in the actual coding?
