Child Theme / Style not loading in Safari only.

I loaded this theme & it appears that every font is tiny. (Webpage: http://pure-compounding.com/practitioner/)

I checked the inspector and find that all of the tiny font CSS is inline, but I don't understand why that would be the case with this theme?

When I check the Theme Options I see the fonts are set at normal sizes. Here's a Screenshot: https://ibb.co/BcQfG1j

I used the Child Theme and in the style.css I made a few simple additions to normalize the body, headline, paragraph, and list font sizes and etc. This works fine when I view the site in Chrome and Firefox, but Safari for some reason doesn't load the child theme style.css.
