Hello, while installing pre-built website some problem occured. In my WP panel I see "There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. Learn more about debugging in WordPress" error. What should I do?

Hi, (I am a user like you, I am not of Support Team)

Try that, you go to CPanel, files manager / public_html / wp-content /

Rename the plugins folder by plugin-s for example and load the page again, it should work, then you return to the folder you renamed and put the real name.

Hello,

Please, tell me:

1) Is your WP up to date? (It should be 5.2 or 5.3)

2) Is your BeTheme up to date? (Right now, it's 21.4.5)

3) Is your PHP Version 7 or higher?
