How can we make our BeTheme WP Visually Impaired? We are getting Sued, Please Help.

We are running the latest version of the Betheme muffin builder and we need it to be visually impaired friendly. What can we do?

    What do you exactly want to achieve?
    Can you explain it greater? - We do not have any tool to customize the color or layout of Muffin Builder.

    Thank you for your replay.
    Some people who are blind (visually Impaired) use the windows narrator to read the content of the website to them. A lot of the content on my website are not detected by the windows narrator. I was hoping that there is a plug in or a way to fix it. Thanks
