my register code issue

I have a main website : www.bisonpower.net

and last time I need update, so I set up a subdomain (dev.bisonpower.net) to make some change.

But after I delet the subdomain and data, my register code is not work.

Could you help me to renew or fix this problem? Because I only use one wesite for this theme .

It's really hard to tell what's the problem when I do not see the error.

There is no web or subdomain, I already delet it（dev.bisonpower.net）. Pls see photo2.

If you are having issues with deregistering your license key, want to
manage your license key or most important, you want to deregister a
website that has been removed without deregistering it first, head to
