Visual Editor and html

Hi, I am new to muffin builder and does not understand the following:

My customer has pages mainly builded with the module column. And he wants to work without html. So I found the module visual editor. If I integrate this module in an existing page it just show me all the existing text in an unformatted way of that page inserted in this module. And I have no possibility to switch from html to visual.

If I create a new page I could switch between html and visual. Is this normal or do we have a technical problem?

Hello Sophie,

Are you using the "Visual Editor" item or the basic wordpress editor?

To make it work well, you should use the item from the Muffin Builder.

Also, it would be grateful if you would attach a link to the page with the issue.

Your "Visual Editor" item looks kinda different than our, see how it looks:

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache and check, if it looks like on our screenshot.

Hi, thanks for your help. I just saw that we had not the latest version of the theme. Now this error disappears.
