I have several problems.
1. I cannot make any updates, I get the following error message: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature . What is this problem and how can I solve it? I have already checked the Item Purchase Code with the correct connection, deleted it and added it again, disabled all plugins etc. . Nothing works.
2. I am building a Onepager with the example theme University. The menu should lead to different sections of the page. The menu does not connect to the page section, even though the ID is correct. I have tried everything but it does not work. How do I get the menu to connect to the page section?
3. when I create a new page section, it is not displayed on the preview page. So I cannot add any more page sections. Only when I delete something from the page will something new fit on the page.

I hope you can help me.

Please contact your hosting provider and check if the current PHP version on your server has CURL enabled.
1. Go to menus and create a new menu - [Links visible only for registered users]
2. Name the menu and add a custom link with the ID anchor you will use
later(do not use spaces). Add to menu -[Links visible only for registered users]
3. When the menu item is added to the menu, save and go to Manage
Locations -[Links visible only for registered users]
4. You go to your main page, you see the new link but when you click
nothing happens? No worries, it is because the link has to know where to
scroll, to do this edit the page. -[Links visible only for registered users]
5. Edit the section to which you want the button to scroll
-[Links visible only for registered users]
6. In the field Custom ID type in the id from the button, in my case, it
was id=work, no hashtag there -[Links visible only for registered users]
7. Remember to have the one-page option selected under the muffinbuiler
-[Links visible only for registered users]
If you do not want to use a normal menu to link the user to sections,
you need to add a 'scroll' class to the custom link element.
1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health [Links visible only for registered users]
2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab [Links visible only for registered users]
3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab [Links visible only for registered users]
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.
Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.
