Cant apply new license code to BeTheme

Hi,

I need to apply a new licence code to our installation of BeTheme in Wordpress so I can update it as SilderRevolution has stopped working. I have purchased a new license but when I try to deregister the existing licence it shows an error:

Referer domain is different than registered domain. Please contact us using contact form on our Themeforest profile page:
https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup

This is probably because the website has had its domain name changed - the web designers who developed it are no longer in business. How can I deregister it so I can apply the new license code?

The website is https://www.charisgrants.com - you can see the error i am getting on the home page.

If i try and just update it i get the following error:

Hey, this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest

If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme > Dashboard)

After that, get into the license manager once more, if the license key is still claimed - deregister it, if it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme > Dashboard) and try to update your theme/plugins couple of times (usually it pass after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.

Thanks for the reply - the problem is I dont know what the themeforest username is for the current license to be able to derigister it. If i just disable all the plugins and try to deactivate it would that work?

The problem is, that you have to check if your license key is not used anywhere else.

If you don't know your themeforest username, then you should use the "Remind me" option and check, on which account you bought it.

Unfortunalty we didnt buy it ourselves. It was purchased on our behalf by a company called AAMp Creative who are no longer trading (and this is why it no longer works). I just need to remove the old license so I can load in the new one I have purchased. I do know it is our key and not being used on any other website. Is there any way to remove it via the database etc?
