How to make a button on site which can open popup contact form 7？

I already readed the artcle https://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/2853/popup-contact-form-shortcode and follow the tips. But it wouldn't work.

I used your code and still wouldn't work. It would open same page in new widow.

I study shortcode Popup in https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/theme/shortcodes/typography/#dropcap. compare with my website.
