  Hey, this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest
  
  If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme > Dashboard)
  
  After that, get into the license manager once more, if the license key is still claimed - deregister it, if it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme > Dashboard) and try to update your theme/plugins couple of times (usually it pass after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.

  Hello,

  I've followed all these steps but it still doesn't work.
  I can't update LayerSlider and WPBakery on my first website and LayerSlider on my second website.
  I bought 2 licences of Betheme.

  Did you try to update it couple of times? If you deregistered and registered it, it has to be refreshed on our database.

  Also, can you switch the wp language to english and send me a link to the screenshot of that error message?

  Yes I tryed to update several times, and I deregistered and registered.

  You have to "delete" the plugin first, then go to Be|Theme > Install Plugins and then install it. Your settings should stay when you delete it. A db backup is recommended however. 
  
  This will allow you to install/update to the latest version.

  you must be trying to update the plugins from wordpress admin>plugins

  please go to wordpress admin>betheme>install plugins and update it from there.

  This is the only method for updating the bundled plugins.

  Hello,

  after disabling all of your plugins I was able to update the plugin with no issues. This is one of your plugins that was causing this issue.

  We do not know which plugin can make that problem.

  We suggest to disable all of the not-supported plugins.

  So, I created the page [Links visible only for registered users] with all of the plugins disabled (I left WPML and Layer Slider enabled only) and it worked, slider was moving correctly.

  
  

  But, after enabling the same plugins you had enabled (+15 of them is not supported by us) it 'disabled' the website, please disable all of the plugins using this method:

  [Links visible only for registered users]

  It will unlock your website.

  
  

  What I suggest, is to enable all of the plugin one by one (start from the most important, like WPML or LayerSlider) and test if the slider will be working properly.

  One of them is the issue-making plugin - it's just a classic plugin's conflict.
