Action Button does not show on nav bar

I want to enable an action button in the nav bar for online ordering. Under --> Layout --> Headers --> I added the button text and checked the box to "Open in a new Window" but the action button does not show.


*** please note the current online ordering link in the nav bar is a link I added to the menu
