Hover Box

I am using a hover box and have it set up with a self hosted video link to open on a lightbox - however, when I click on the box it is unable to play the video. If I choose new tab/window the video opens in the wehole window but this view isn't practical. How can I fix the light box view?

Hello,

To make it work in a lightbox, you should upload the video on youtube or vimeo, then insert the link of the video in the "Link" field.

Is there no way to do this as a self hosted video? We do not want the youtube/vimeo controls to show - thanks

It is made like that by default.
