  Can you test if it works with the default theme, like twentytwenty?

  It looks like the problem with the RevSlider configuration, not the theme itself.

  When I switch to a different theme the slider doesn't show at all. I also can't submit a ticket with Revolution slider, because it came with the theme.

  Thats because you set the slider in the dropdown menu which is a part of the theme.

  Please use the shortcode in the wordpress editor instead

  Oke, I've done that. The video still doesn't play automaticly. How can I get support from Revolution Slider?

  Thank you, I did, but I can't find the solution on these pages. 
  
  It is already a background video, and the settings are the same as the document you provided. 
  
  It works fine in Chrome. Just not in Firefox.

  Can you download one of our sliders which have video inserted? Like Video 3

  You can also import them without installing the pre-built website.

  I've imported revolution slider demo from https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/video/ and replaced the one of our website, but this one also doesn't play automaticly in firefox
