Custom Color for the Orange Skin

Hi there, I know that color options only work with custom skin...the problem is that I would like to use the orange skin for my site (http://www.n-tu.de/) and change only the color of the purple header because it doesn´t fit to a logistics business.
If I change to custom skin all colors are changed to the blue skin and I have to change a lot of colors to have the orange skin. Furthermore I don´t have the color codes and it is a lot of work
Is there a posibillity to use the orange skin and change only one or two color? maybe through css?

the only possibility is custom css if you want to work with pre-defined skin. Please take a look at http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#theme-customizations where we explained how to work with custom css.
