Cannot Install Package

I two licenses for BeThemes, I was working on a wordpress site that crashed and i was forced to reset it and ended up losing the whole site.  So I reinstalled a new wordpress and I followed the instructions in a previous discussion on how to deactivate my licenses through the licenses manager.  


I do not have any of the plugins that cam with Bethemes installed but i still get this message when I attempt to install the theme:

The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

Plugin installation failed.


the BeThemes dashboard is not installed at all.  This is the domain I am working on  http://01eeb68.netsolhost.com/donnaPKtestsite 

What should I do.
