Betheme license for client

Dear Support.

I have a question regarding the license of the betheme template.
6 months ago i bought a license for my client, i started developing the website on their sub-domein [Links visible only for registered users]
When everything was ready and ready for transfering to the live site everything went fine. [Links visible only for registered users].

Then a week after installation i received a message that i can update the Betheme template to 21.7 but when i did this on the live site i got a error

"Update downloading is not correct. it doesnt work."

Is it possible because i have the license also activated on the dev.companyname.com that it will not work?
Its the same main domain so i thought i wouldn't have the problem with this.

Hey, this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest

If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme > Dashboard)

After that, get into the license manager once more, if the license key is still claimed - deregister it, if it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme > Dashboard) and try to update your theme/plugins couple of times (usually it pass after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.

Goodmorning, as i described in my first messages.

My client is using Betheme te create the website in the following structure 1 subdomein called ([Links visible only for registered users]) is also offline for the outside world no exposure at all.

The main website is [Links visible only for registered users]) main domein this is active and exposed on the web.
I tried all the things that you described above, but nothing helped i register & deregister the theme couples of times. But again with no results.

What is strange, i have this applied also on a other client, and over their there is no any problem.
Their i can update both of them. So its really strange.

Ramiro1984,

Please register main domain first (clientname.nl) and then register the subdomain (dev.clientname.nl).

It should work fine after that.
