new section doesn't apply when I update the page

Hi

I have an issue about new components. For example I prepared a team page and I used 1 image and 1 column component in a wrap. I duplicate wrap and change the information in it. But now the duplicate content becomes missing when I update the page. Column component isn't there but image is in wrap. I created a test page and try in it, it's the same. I should deliver the website today but since I cannot add 2 team members to the page, I cannot finish it! Pleaes help!

PS: I updated theme to the latest version.

I read Pablo's answer in another thread and see "Please contact your hosting provider and ask him about increasing "max input vars" value to min. 5000", I asked my hosting provider to change this value and but it didnt change anything.

and for this soluiton: Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:

1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22
2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2
3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

Can you send me a link to the page where the issue appears?

Also, on the screenshot you send, there is a still 1000 value - and it should be set to 5000.

Hi Pablo, I'll call host provider again, to change this value, they said they made it 6000

I talked to my host provider and they confirmed this value is 6000 but I shared the situation and the value on screenshot with them too, they will check it again

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check if the issue still exists.

If the problem will still appear, please disable all of the minify/cache plugins and I have to take a look at it without these plugins enabled.
