  So, I made new page and the Muffin Builder works fine:

  And, when I edited one of the pages from pre-built website, and indeed, there is a problem.

  I have to ask you for reinstalling the BeTheme, but before that, please make a backup with this plugin:
  https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

  
  

  Then, simply remove the Betheme theme folder via FTP and install it once more.

  Your content and theme options will not be removed because they are stored in the database.

  I don't think that reinstalling the theme will solve the problem. Last week I erased the entire site, reinstalled the WordPress from the scratch and the problem remains.

  Please give me a solution.

  The problem is probably related to the server, because when the
  servers is asked with AJAX request, it refuses the 404 error.

  contact the hosting provider and ask him about the logs of the server,
  show him my reply - he should give some light about the problem.
