Activation of my theme

Hi everybody,

Can someone please help me to activate my theme?,When I enter my purchase code then appears a message that my server is bloquing the connection with API server muffingroup.com and I already sent a private message to muffin’s team support with my php information and my credentials but they didnt do anything.
Also I contacted my hosting company but they asked me for the IP associated with muffingroup so they can check if there is a blocking but again the support of muffingroup didnt help me.
