Unable to deregister my license

Hi there, We moved our website to another hosting and new domain. I already deregister the license to the old domain.

But when we tried to deregister it to the new domain we keep on getting the error.

Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: XXXXXXXXXXXX

Please help!!

And I also removed the delete the theme and themes folder on the old hosting. But still can't register to the new domain.
