how can we swap menu and cart, so that menu was on the right and cart on the left? We are using transparent header. Thank you.

Please paste that CSS code into the Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > CSS

.top_bar_left, #Top_bar .menu_wrapper{float:right !important;}

More difficult this time I think. Is there an option to merge both menu and cart so that both stick to the right (cart to the most right)? As if the cart was the last item in the menu.

Sadly, this will not be possible with the top bar right, because top bar left took that space
