ACTIVATION PROBLEM

I have purchase a new license for my new site - 

Please deregister from IP --> 139.59.75.161 and register it to my domain name --> https://cetghy.in

I am not share my purchase code here in public.. 
my username name in themeforest.net is --> abuzakaria23
I purchase it on 7th June 2020

I pointed my domain name to this IP address....

Both same - to verify, please go to CMD > ping cetghy.in  it will show the same ip... please help. 


I have activated on my ip address... (139.59.75.161) Later when i configure DNS and point my domain name - cetghy.in to ip (139.59.75.161)

Due to some reason i uninstall wordpress and again installed it... now i am trying to register, it is saying that i need deregister from IP address : 
 139.59.75.161

Please fix
