Hide the cart icon when hovering over product image

Hello,

We have a B2B webshop where clients need to log in to view prices and be able to add a product to their cart. We bought a plugin who takes care of this.

I just have one small issue with the theme, on the shop page https://b2b.josrepairshop.be/ if you hover over a product image you have those 2 buttons that appear. Because of that add to cart button you can still put products in your basket eventhough you're not logged in. 

I've searched in the theme settings but I can't seem to find an option to turn this off. Would it be possible to just hide those 2 buttons with a little snippet of CSS to add to theme options > custom css?
