Wordpress update not showing new version of the Betheme

Dear Sirs,

We did not have this issue until 21.7.4. Now the WP update in the dashboard is not reporting 21.7.4.1.

We tried de-registering and registering once (just before this post) and it did not help.

Your page for checking licences reports only one domain in use of that purchase code, which is correct, but there might be issue on your side, because it reports domain without TSL/SSL ("http://..."). Our site is with TSL/SSL licence installed.

True, at the time of 1st purchase code registration, the domain URL was "http://...", but soon after TSL/SSL licence was installed and theme updated regularly until 21.7.4 via site's dashboard. Un-registering and re-registering purchase code did not update the domain's URL ("https://..") on your side.

Second image shows them update error for some reason. Rerun update with success message.

However, plugin page same as first image saying plugin needs update!!

I also do not get the slider revolution down the side menu... only in teh installed plugins page. And none will activate.

There was no error message, no nothing. Like the update 21.7.4.1 never existed.

It did, however, report 21.7.5, so the site is back on track now. It just wouldn't report 21.7.4.1 update for some reason.
