Cannot install pre-built websites - blank page

Hello,

I'm a big fan of betheme since years. But with my latest website I have the problem that I cannot install any pre-built website. I'm on a completely new wordpress installation and also installed all necessary and from betheme recommended plugins. If I want to import / install a pre-built website, I end in a white and empty screen after the installation and the installation itself wasn't successful. I'm on the latest version (21.7.5) - if I use an older version that I found in my downloads folder everything works but in the older version isn't the pre-built website that I want to use (Craftbeer 2). I also turned on the Wordpress Debug mode but the screen is still completely empty after the installation.

Does anyone have an idea how to fix that installation problem?

Hi,

Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health [Links visible only for registered users]
2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab [Links visible only for registered users]
3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab [Links visible only for registered users]
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.

Can you test, if the pre-built website install when you enable only the required plugins for that pre-built website?

Also, are you using of Child Theme of BeTheme?

Unfortunately that does not work as well. I deactivated all plugins except contact form and slider revolution and tried to install the website via the normal theme as well as via the child theme. I always get the same "error" - the blank page. I recorded a short GIF of the installing process: [Links visible only for registered users]

Do you have any other idea?

So, I reinstalled wordpress and installed first only content of the website and after that the revolution slider slide only.

It works now

Sorry, but I have to ask again. If I now try to edit a page and click on the "edit" button I land on a completely blank page and can't edit the page. That happens for every page.

Do you know why that happens and what I can do?

The page loading is refusing by the server (500), can you contact your hosting provider and ask him about some logs? He could enlight the source of the problem.

I think I identified the problem. I changed the websites PHP version from 7.4 to 7.3 and now everything works completely fine! 7.4 was my hoster's standard setting and I didn't know that I can change the PHP version.
