Sidebar button appearing different on some pages

I have a sidebar set up for a handful of pages on my site. The sidebar has a button and on some pages the button has the arrow and some pages it doesn't. When I inspect the code in my browser, it looks like some pages are reading the icon in the button correctly, and other pages are reading it as an icon. I want the button to show on all, but not sure why the code is being interpreted differently despite it being the same sidebar/widget.

    Hello,
    The problem is not related to the betheme, but the WPBakery itself, even after switching to the default theme it's not working as it should.
    You have to use other button, redesign it or ask the webdeveloper (or developer of the plugin) about the bug fixing.
