Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps: 1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22 2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2 3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.
Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.
In this case, you have to contact your hosting provider, he should give you a solution while looking at the logs - the PCLZIP is not a theme related issue at all.
i have the same problem; i asked my host to turn on the function; first it was off, then on, and then i tried to re-install Betheme and the plugins; no problem for Betheme but the four plugins:
Header builder
Layer Slider
Slider revolution
wpBakery page builder
then i asked them to change the values but something are still not working and the message is still the same. Any suggestion for what´s going on? I tried to install the theme also from de cpanel and the installation was ok buy i can´t install the pluggins from there.
My Host service told me this error it is becouse i am not using a zip file to install the plugins so i need to download the four plugins and re-intall them one by one.
I uploaded just the zip file (only the file than comes with the Betheme download pack) and in this folder I didn´t find the plugins to do this.
As i told you before that is what i did several times from de Cpanel and from WP; i did everything you said on this post to help TheGraphicsEffekt and it is not working; it is possible to download the four pluggins or find them in the files of the zip files?
Thank you very much for the options, now it is working; i read on the support forum (in another post series of similar problems) that maybe a solution could be increasing the php time limit to 600 instead of 180 as i read on the post on this discussion with TheGraphicsEffekt; so maybe this was the solution but i am not really sure.
I am trying to update to the latest version of BeTheme on a new site that was launched (https://www.commercialflooringnj.com/) and have received an error message saying "An error occurred while updating BeTheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files."
I see that I have to deregister the theme on the old domain and re-register it on the new domain. If the theme files are removed from the previous domain, can I simply then log into the WP portal dashboard for the new domain, re-install the theme, and register it using my purchase key?
Hey, this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme > Dashboard) After that, get into the license manager once more, if the license key is still claimed - deregister it, if it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme > Dashboard) and try to update your theme/plugins couple of times (usually it pass after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled. thanks
I have used the license manager to check that our license key is used on a single domain (the old site URL). However, disabling all plugins will affect the live site, causing it to go down. Is there a way to change the theme over from the old domain to the new domain without sacrificing the live site by disabling plugins?

Please contact your hosting provider and check if the current PHP version on your server has CURL enabled.
