Menu does not display in product categories pages

Hello, im working in a new site [Links visible only for registered users] and im having a problem with the menu not showing up in my products categories pages, [Links visible only for registered users] and [Links visible only for registered users], and I can't find the problem.

Logged in as an admin I have no problems with it, but as soon as I log out, or view the site in a different browser or in a incognito page the menu is nowhere to be seen.
