I am using the latest version of BeTheme. When I try to use more than 8 images in an image gallery it does not work. In the backend it just shows 4 images, in the frontend not more than 8.
Hi, Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps: 1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22 2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2 3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in. thanks for your quick support. It took me some time as I found out that the SQL server is apparently outdated. I tried to fix that but it took me too long to get a consent with the host.
it does still not work but now I have an additional problem which is quite urgent. When I deactivated the layer slider and the slider revolution plugin I could not activate them again as those were to be updated first. If I try to update them I am told that the update failed as the package was empty. This is quite annoying as it is a live site of a client and now the prominent slider is missing.
this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme > Dashboard) After that, get into the license manager once more, if the license key is still claimed - deregister it, if it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme > Dashboard) and try to update your theme/plugins couple of times (usually it pass after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.
About the image gallery problem:
