How to replicate contact page

Hello,


I am trying to upgrade this website [Links visible only for registered users] to BeTheme ([Links visible only for registered users]), but struggling to understand the relationship between Elementor and WPBakery PageBuilder. I am starting on the contact page, but unsure if I should be editing elementor, etc. first. I aim to recreate some of the structure and then make it look pretty. Would appreciate some recommendations about what tool I should be using and what elementor's involvement is.
