I have paid a BeTheme . 
The site was developed on the hosting of a web developer with a subdomain name shmotki.webdesignbrabantart.nl  
But when the site was transferred to the client's hosting and the domain name of the client's site was assigned https://shmotki.eu/ , the license was not preserved. I can not update the theme. How do I update my license on a customer site https://shmotki.eu/ ?
The service http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ doesn't help. The service says that the username or code is incorrect, although all fields are filled in correctly.

    Hello,
    the api license tool is only for checking your current licenses or deregister removed betheme installations from the license list.

    If you did not deregister the theme before you moved it, please deregister it now from all possible places, and then register again on the main domain.
    Remeber that you can register only one domain with once license key. This does not apply to subdomains or subfolders.
