Missing theme content

Hello,

I have installed a "Developer 4" theme on a website: ingatlanvilag.hu.
During the installation was some mistake, so I have installed it without images.
My problem is, that there is an "Apartments" menu in the pre-built website. There is a photo,a column, and a blog or portfolio grid, what is totally missing.
The biggest problem is, that I have modified the website according to my preferences and I want to make this menu in the end of my working process.
Is it possibble somehow to insert the missing elements? I do not want to make it manually, and I do not want to re-install the theme also, because I am afraid that in this case I will loose my work.

    I have found the posts, that were not missing, only the blog item missed on the page (and the stock photos, but that I knew before also).
    In that case I will try to insert a Blog item in the muffin builder, and make the settings.
