Image bugged on mobile

On the bottom of cobury.com mobile version I have 3 blog posts. The two first images are formatted weird and have a different size than the last image, although they are exactly the same size. For some reason the first 2 images get cut off in the sides.

See this image. Notice how the first image is not as wide as the other.

How do we fix this? I tried everything. The images are exactly same size.

  • Hello,
Can you disable all of the minify/cache/optimize plugins?
Your CSS code is minified and I cannot edit it in any way :(
    thanks
  • Hello Pablo. I've now paused the cache plugin and cleared everything :)
  • As I see, it's looking great right now.
One of the plugins made that issue, enable one by one and check, which one is making that issue.
    thanks
  • Hi Pablo. The issue was not fixed, it is still bugged. Check on cobury.com from a mobile phone. The error is only on phone. The one image is still much bigger.
  • Are you sure that you use the same "Image Size" in the settings of the image item?

The last one is having a lot of width and height applied in the html tag.

    thanks
  • Yeah, the images are exactly the same size and in the settings we just clicked full size. I could send you login?
  • Hey,
Please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at [Links visible only for registered users] and we will check what might be the reason.

    Thanks
  • Sent it now, waiting response :) ty!
  • As I see, it's working properly now.
I tested it on S20, S10, iPhone 11 and it works flaweless.

Can you clear the cache of your browser on mobile phones?
If it won't work either, please tell me which mobile device you use?

    thanks

I tried on a Samsung S10E and a Samsung S10 both don't work. I just texted my friend on an iPhone SE who says the same.

Are we talking about the same thing? The last image is bigger than the other's. I've tried clearing cache + visiting from phones that never saw the site.

Could you send a picture from your phone?
  • Hey,

This is happening because most likely you have set a fixed max width for those images, 307px.
Please edit each image and check the width window. It should be blank.
    thanks
  • Hey ty a lot.

I just checked, there's no width specified?

  • How did you upload the .webp image extension? These images on bottom are in that extension which is not acceptable with wordpress.

I made a screenshot of that image with brown color, uploaded it as a .png and it works fine.
    Thanks
