The muffin constructor structure does not appear on published pages

I just updated the betheme version to version 21.8.3, now I can't see the configured constructors in the pages published in the wordpress. What do I have to do to visualize the muffin constructor as before, greetings.

The Betheme update rather caused me problems. Gentlemen of Muffin I NEED YOUR URGENT TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, best regards.

    The Muffin constructor is not see anywhere in the page editor.

    Other evidence in other website, but the only it doesn't even load the wordpress editor, although it does load the elementor editor without issue:

    Those are the problems, I don't know what to do, the pages display fine, I just can't use the editors to make changes, regards.

    Please check, if you have the Muffin Builder hidden in the sidebar:

    Also, check if your BeTheme is up to date - there is a problem with a new wp version, we solved it out, but you have to drag and drop the muffin builder from sidebar to old place (below the gutenberg) for now.

    I am clarifying that I update the betheme to the latest version that they released and that after that last version the muffin constructor was hidden, I do not understand what you want to explain with the image capture that you sent me.

    The WP 5.5 made the Muffin Builder hidden in the sidebar, that's why I asked you to check, if you do not have the builder in the sidebar, please check it once more.

    Also, if you do not see it there, check if you did not hide it in the Theme Options > Global > Advanced by mistake.
    It should be set as on the screenshot:
