  This isn't helpful. The console clearly shows a jQuery error that something is undefined.

  All up to date. WP 5.5.1, Plugins as well, PHP 7.4.9. Website from my client is still a adult themed site. Problem also appears on other clients websites with this version of BeTheme.

  I'm afraid this is not possible since I'm using 2FA and the login form is whitelisted only for certain IP ranges.

  I thought I already sended the URL to my site here? Anyway I resend the email and added my login data in it and the url to my dashboard. I disabled the 2FA and any limitations temporary for you.

  I have to ask you for reinstalling the parent theme of betheme, simply remove the betheme folder and install through the ftp or wordpress the new package from themeforest.

  
  

  You will not lose any of your content, because all of them are stored in the database, but if you would like to keep them safe, make a backup first, we suggest to use this plugin:

  Okay I deleted the betheme folder via FTP and uploaded a fresh betheme installation i downloaded from my themeforest user account.

  
  

  I made before a backup from the whole database via cPanel don't worry

  You had the "Syntax highlighting" disabled, which is necessary for our theme now, because we highlight the custom css/custom js codes from the latest version.

  It can be changed in the profile settings, see the screen:
