Problems updating theme

Hello,

I'm the owner of sewing-services.com, transco-africa.com, certificados-malaga.com,  certificados-malaga.es, and ob-certificadosyproyectos.com. I have a problem to update the theme for the last 2 sites: these were created by an external administrator I hired for a couple of years. I paid him so he could buy the themes and everything was alright until he had to close his company. He put everything under my name and we transferred everything to a new server managed by me. After a few months I noticed I could update everything BUT the themes, I reached him anew for a solution but I haven't had any reply so far.
Would you be able to help me to overcome this problem? you can check that everything is under my name and I can provide you with any detail you'd need for this double check. I'd like to know if both pages are actually registered as BeTheme users. If so, could you please send me the registration codes so I can update the theme? 

I only have this problem with: certificados-malaga.es, and ob-certificadosyproyectos.com

    As you can see on the links below, I cannot even try to update because the registration code field is just empty (I have attached a second link showing the last version that was updated right before I stopped working with the external admin). I was never provided with a registration link although I DID pay the external administrator for them and they used to work fine as I could update the themes back then..




    Hope this helps to solve my problem...

    Well, you have to provide the license key to update the theme, without it our and your hands are tied.
    Do you have an access for the themeforest account?

    What I need are the codes as explained before. I paid an external administrator to get them, he had to close his company and I can no longer reach him to get the codes. 

    I already own 5 pages, so I know that I need the codes to make any update and that's what I need you to provide me with: the key codes. I'm sure you do have a registry with all payments made for all the web domains, I just need you to check what are the key codes for certificados-malaga.es, and ob-certificadosyproyectos.com. 
    I didn't create them (the external administrator did), so I don't have them on the themeforest account.

    Please, check first what are the key codes for those 2 accounts so I can keep on working.

    We do not handle with the license keys at all, it's all about the envato market / themeforest
    If you have all of the documents about the payments, you should directly contact the themeforest/envato about it.
