Action bar social icons align right

Hi, first of all congrats on your theme is awesome.

Second of all, I have an Action Bar set on my website and with CSS I managed to put the social icons and the contact info in the right of the page in this order: SOCIAL ICONS, CONTACT INFO

BUT I want the inverse order: CONTACT INFO, SOCIAL ICONS..

This is my current set:

Long story short: I want the social icons in the right
