Translation via VPML and other extensions

Hi I want to build my website in multilingual. You only support VMPL but I think other extensions are better than it. Anyway.

We will necessarily use VPML. In my previous experience, VPML was making sites very slow. Do you have a reference to this extension? Can you tell it didn't slow it down? Thanks.

Hello,

We support the WPML plugin only, we did not test the theme with any other multilingual plugins

Of course, we have the translation included in the theme (Theme Options > Translate), but it's not for creating multilingual website, it's just for translating strings which are hardcoded in the theme/wordpress code.

you do not answer the main question. Will my site slow down or not, after I install VPML (without changing anything)?

because I've uploaded it on another site before and it got incredibly slow.

Hello,

Even if you will install WPML or any other plugin your website can slow down anyway.

Every plugin has to load additional content but it should not be a really big difference, you should check out if the source of the problem are not related to other plugins or huge images.
