Dear,

I have a problem with Betheme theme.

We received from the client some corrections of this website www.collegnotende.it, just to modify the text and add some images.

This website has been created by Betheme and now it's totally blocked.
When we open the page to modify and I click on the box to edit the text, happens that WordPress goes off and it doesn't run.

We don't know why this happens, could you help us, please?

Hello,

You are using outdated version of the BeTheme, also it looks like your wordpress is outdated too, you should update them.

I noticed, that you use the Child Theme of BeTheme, and it could be fault of your modifications made in the theme, please switch to the parent theme of BeTheme.

Also, did you change the verion of PHP recently?

I tried to update Betheme version but it noticed me with that is not possible update Betheme because the version doesn't have any files.

How can solve this problem?

Hey,
this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest
If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme > Dashboard)
After that, get into the license manager once more, if the license key is still claimed - deregister it, if it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme > Dashboard) and try to update your theme/plugins couple of times (usually it pass after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.

I still have the same problem, I cannot edit the page.

I disabled all the plugin and deregistered the Betheme license and registered again.

Please contact your hosting provider and ask him about increasing:

1) PHP Time Limit to 180s

2) PHP Max Input Vars to 5000

After that, everything will be okay.

This is the same problem as I described it earlier, so let me paste it once more.

I was on your website once more and tried to update it, but the source of the problem is related to your license key, all other settings are correct.
