desktop Menu colour issue

Hello, I am having trouble finding how to change the top menu on desktop to black? I am using BeTheme>Theme Options>Colors>Menu.

It is OK on mobile (Black) but I can not change the back ground colour on desktop - https://synergyguides.com/

I want it to be black just like when I scroll - https://prnt.sc/v4hnpu Not with a strange blue picture when it is at the top - https://prnt.sc/v4hodr

Please can you help
