Bullet point not showing on front-end

In my articles I a often using bullet points. I am using the editor on the left and it is working fine, however the bullet points are not showing in the article.

Here is a screenshot :

Would you be so kind to help me find the solution?

Please, update your Betheme to the newest version and check if The issue still appears.

Thank you for your advice unfotunately we have the latest version...

Adding lists as separate text will be a nightmare as we use lots of bullet points in our articles.

I don't understand why in our website we can use bullet points (https://staging.socosafe.fr/notre-entreprise/notre-expertise/), but it is not possible in our page-article (made from a template). I tried a ready build-template, making my own template... The problem always occurs.

Please, try to use following Custom CSS Code:

ul{
	list-style: unset !important;
}

Put it in "Betheme > Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > CSS".

Thank you, it is better. There is still 2 problems :

the "dot" appears in front of the sentence, but there is no ident: the sentence stays on the same line than the paragraph.
the "second level" bullet point shows as the first level.

You modified the single post template with the Elementor Pro, which is not a good idea because our styles are not loading there, because of missing HTML and CSS code related to these elements (and children of them)

Take a look, it's the source code or the same page, elementor pro on left and basic elementor on right: https://prnt.sc/vej718

We strongly suggest, to not use this feature of Elementor Pro because even more of our items could work not as it should.

Of course, if you do not want to restore it, we can prepare the CSS code for pushing the <ul> element.

We need to re-check all our elements and rework on this before we take a decision. Would you be so kind to undo the changes in the back office? currently we don't have access to the Slider Revolutio, or we cannot modify or pages with elementor.

I do not understand what you mean by undo the changes?

I did not change anything on that page or the theme options - I just created the "MuffPage" and that's all.

What do you want to reverse? Can you explain?

Did you find out what has happened to our website ? We still doesn't have our sliders back (Revolution), nor Elementor, and the products category. I must move one with this website and I'm currently blocked. It seems during your action last week, some plugin have been desactivated (Slider Revolution, Elementor parts, Woocommerce,... ) Could you please have a look on it ?

I enabled the plugins which were recently activated and they appear correctly.

Even the Elementor works (I tested on new page and the page with bullets points), I do not see any issue.

Can you clear the cache of your browser and check, if it will work?

Hi Pablo, thank you for your support. It is okay, the plugin are shown in the back-office. Regarding the bullet points, we saw it is working in your page, but it doesn't work when it is in an article. To move on, I have "tricked" my text and added "-" and " -" (adding space) to write my points even if it is not a "proper bullet point list". (https://staging.socosafe.fr/actualites/reglementation-des-solutions-de-desinfection/).

I hope one day in an update this issue will be fixed.
