Make top bar menu background partially transparent

Is there a way to adjust the transparency on the menu bar? I've tried this code, but it did not work:

.tr-menu.header-classic #Top_bar:not(.is-sticky) {

background: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.3) !important;}

[Links visible only for registered users]

Also, CSS to change the cart icon color? (since now the menu is transparent white)

I believe I have figured out how to make the bar transparent, its just that the slide show sits below the menu. How do I bring that up? It works perfectly when I switch to fixed menu, but then I lose the sticky menu.

To change that, please, go to: Betheme > Theme Options > Colors > Header, and modify "Top Bar Right | icon color"
