Sticky header logo gets pixelated

Hi there,

I have a problem with the logo only when it becomes sticky on browser - it gets really small and the background is visible although it is a png file with no background. 

I have tried changing the files of the logo and the resolution but nothing changes. 

Can you help?

    Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.

    Thank you so much for your reply. Unfortunately, my website is in staging mode however I can send you screenshots. How do I attach them?

    It will be hard to investigate the source of problem without access to your website.

    You can send screenshots by using services like snag.gy or pasteboard.co, and I will try my best to help you with that.

    Also, please, tell me what version of WP and Betheme do you use, and what plugins do you use for your website.

    If I will not be able to find the solution based on the informations you will give me, I will ask you for dashboard access.

    I am using WP 5.5.1 and Betheme 21.8.9

    I see that you do not have the newest version of Betheme (21.9.3) and WP (5.5.3).
    It is good to always have the most recent versions so, please, update them.

    Also, I noticed that you use couple of not supported plugins. Our policy states that we do not support third party plugins or custom code.
    Also, we cannot recommend any plugins other than the ones we support. You can find the list on this page, in the sidebar:

    Please, try to put diferent logo especially for mobile in "Betheme > Theme opitons > Responsive > General"
