after an update to the theme the header is very wide, I have tried changing the header width value in the theme options however that will not fix it. The website is allhearthomecare.com

Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Header, and be sure that you have checked option Full Width.

See attached photo. I am not referring to the width of the menu but the space below the menu and the first block of data.

I set it to 0 and that did not fix the issue.
Please, turn off all of the plugins, resave your theme options, refresh your cache, and check if the issue still appears.

I tried that and it did not fix the issue, however this is what the home page looks like when all the plugin's are deactivated. I hope this gives some insight to what is causing the issue.
Actually I figured it out. It was a block margin setting within some content.
