Deregistering issues

Hi


I have bought 2 licenses from you in the past and only used those on subdomains while working on my new webiste. I understand that you have to deregister your keys before using on other website but unfortunately when I have done this I still cannot register either of those keys on my main website.

Hope someone can help with this.
